If your Bluetooth devices won’t connect, it’s likely because the devices are out of range, or aren’t in pairing mode. If you’re having persistent Bluetooth connection problems, try resetting your devices, or having your phone or tablet “forget” the connection.

Press the Menu button on your Android device and tap on “Settings.” Tap on “Wireless and networks.” Tap on “Bluetooth” to enable the Bluetooth feature. A checkmark will now display in the box next to “Bluetooth.”

Pair and Connect

1. Turn off any Bluetooth devices previously paired with your headset.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth feature of your phone.
3. Place the headset on your ear.
4. Turn on your headset by opening the boom.
5. Select Motorola H720 from the search results on your phone.
6. Select Ok or Yes to pair your headset with your phone.

Turn on the connecting Bluetooth device and place it within 3 feet (1 meter) of this unit. /POWER button (for the headphones) for more than 7 seconds while the Bluetooth headphones are turned off. When the indicator starts to blink quickly, release the button. The Bluetooth headphones enter Pairing mode.

Set the device you want to pair (accessory, computer, other phone, etc.) to Bluetooth discovery mode so that your phone can find it. See the device manufacturer’s instructions. On your phone, go to Settings > Connected devices. Touch an available device to connect.

Reset the Bluetooth headset if it fails to enter pairing mode correctly. Press and hold the “Call” button and both volume buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. Release the buttons to reset the headset.

Activate Pairing mode on the Bluetooth headphones. Press and hold the Power button or the ID SET button, as shown in the illustration below. When the indicator starts to blink quickly, release the button. The blinking means the Bluetooth headphones have entered Pairing mode.

For Android phones, go to Settings > System > Advanced> Reset Options > Reset Wi-fi, mobile & Bluetooth. For iOS and iPadOS device, you’ll have to unpair all of your devices (go to Setting > Bluetooth, select the info icon and and choose Forget This Device for each device) then restart your phone or tablet.

Pair

1. From the Home screen swipe up, tap Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth.
2. Tap the switch to turn Bluetooth On.
3. Tap the device you wish to pair with.
4. Enter or confirm the pairing code, then tap Pair.

Activating the discover mode on your Bluetooth-capable phone allows you to pair your device with another Bluetooth-capable device, such as a phone, computer or gaming console. Once paired, users can transfer their contacts, photos and media wirelessly from one device to the other within a 33-foot distance.

Power on your Motorola Bluetooth headset. Wait for the indicator light on your Motorola Bluetooth to stop flashing and stay steadily lit in blue. The headset will be in pairing mode when the light remains solid blue. Tap on “Settings” from the Home screen of your iOS device. Tap on “Bluetooth.”.

Using a Motorola Bluetooth device will allow you to talk on the phone hands-free so you can continue to do other activities without having to hold the phone to your ear or use the speakerphone feature.
