According to Spider-man, nothing has happened to them in 2018–2023, so they haven’t aged. So mathematically, that would make Bucky in the MCU about 101 years old. When it comes to Cap, he was given the serum in 1943, so that makes him around 25 years old in 1943.

In the comics, Captain America is weaker than Black Panther. The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe lists Captain America’s strength at “peak of human potential” and he has the ability to lift 800 lbs. So Black Panther is superhumanly stronger than Captain America in the comics.

Captain America is stronger than the Winter Soldier. Cap has the Super Soldier and Bucky just has a recreation of it. No recreation has ever been as good as the orignal, even if Hydra created it. So, Captain has more power than Bucky.

Unlike some characters, Bucky does have a canonical birthday: March 10, 1917. He’s a little more than a year older than Steve, which makes him the oldest human Avenger at a chronological 106-years-old.

Bucky Barnes was brought back from his supposed death to be a brainwashed assassin called Winter Soldier. Reformed by his friends, he now fights alongside the Avengers. Unfortunately, the evil Arnim Zola recovers him and erases his memory, turning him into a highly-trained assassin called the Winter Soldier.

Once he was found by the Soviet Union and HYDRA, Barnes was subsequently brainwashed and armed with a new cybernetic limb in order to become their operative, known as the Winter Soldier. Over the next fifty years, he would eliminate anyone who posed any threat to HYDRA, including Howard Stark and his wife, Maria.

And though Wakanda offered a momentary peace for him, as Bucky confirmed in the first episode of The Falcon & The Winter Soldier, it proved all too temporary as Infinity War drew him back in, killed him off, and then spat him back into the Endgame war when he returned.

Civil War took place in 2016, which is also when Bucky arrived in Wakanda. After that, his time in Wakanda was the first time in years he had his own mind back. Being so clear-minded gave Bucky the chance to become one with the land and the culture. As it was the first place he was truly free, Wakanda became his home.

Both of Tony’s parents, we learn, were seemingly killed in a car crash back in 1991. It is not until Captain America: Civil War that it is revealed that Tony’s parents were in fact killed by the Winter Soldier — a brainwashed Bucky Barnes, Captain America’s closest friend — under orders of HYDRA.

In a post-credits scene in Black Panther, it’s revealed that Shuri is the one who helped heal him. How exactly she healed him has not yet been explained, but Wakanda’s superior technology definitely played a part. T’Challa gave Bucky a new vibranium arm in Avengers: Infinity War to prepare him to fight again.
