If you have forgotten your MYOB account password, click Forgotten your password? and follow the prompts to reset it. If there’s been too many unsuccessful login attempts, your MYOB account will be locked. You’ll also receive an email advising how to unlock your account.

If you already have an MYOB Essentials account, sign in using your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password (who hasn’t?), click the link on the sign in page to have it reset. Need to stay signed in? Tick Stay signed in for 12 hours.

To access the MYOB Practice Dashboard, log in at partner.myob.com and click Transaction processing in the top menu bar. Your clients businesses listed on the Partner Dashboard. Click on the business name to jump straight to the selected business’s MYOB Essentials Dashboard. You’ll be logged in automatically.

The easiest way to download AccountRight is from www.myob.com/downloads. On that page, right-click the installation file you need and choose to save it to your Desktop. We recommend you use Google Chrome to download the installation file (download Chrome).

Go to app.myob.com and log in with your MYOB details. If you haven’t signed into your MYOB account yet, you will need to enter your account’s email address and password (the same details you use to sign into the my. MYOB website), and then click Sign In.

Re: MYOB is so PAINFULLY SLOW. Speed issues can be a caused by a fair few factors, the most common one we have found has been interference by software or services on the environment the software or file is hosted on. Which is why our first step to try is by adding exclusions to different software.

To set a password for the Administrator

1. As the company file Administrator, start AccountRight and open your company file.
2. Go to the Setup menu and select User Access.
3. Click to select the Administrator user.
4. Type your new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields.
5. Click Save.

If you have upgraded from MYOB AO Classic in New Zealand, you can initially use your MYOB AO Classic user name to log in. Leave the password field blank. (New Zealand) If you are unable to log in using your MYOB AO Classic user name, you can use the default MYOB AO user to log in as specified below for new users.
