Being the “most ripe for picking” because he had the “sweetest” heart, Sam was “most desirable for corrupting” of all the children; Lehne described Azazel’s thought process as, “If I could turn him, then I had truly won.” The character’s ultimate motivation, however, is to free Lucifer from his imprisonment in Hell.

The Big Bad

No, she did not! Lots of characters are sadly killed off Grey’s Anatomy (thanks for that, Shonda!) but Izzie did not die. Many viewers may think that Izzie died in the series because one of her main storylines was her brain cancer battle.

Maggie left The Walking Dead back in Season 9 before the big time jump. Lauren Cohan, the actress who plays Maggie, originally left The Walking Dead over a combination of rumored salary disputes and the fact that she was cast in the ABC series Whiskey Cavalier, which was canceled after just one season.

Lucille Dies, Negan Lives Lucille is dead and come back as a walker.

To demonstrate the consequences of crossing the Saviors and to put the fear in the people of Alexandria, Negan chose to brutally execute a member of Rick’s group by bashing his head in with his trademark weapon, Lucille. Negan’s choice was Glenn.

Afterward she called Negan’s probation officer who said he was not on the calendar, and she realized he’d been cheating with Janine. She had her finger on a gun when he walked in the door and instead announced her diagnosis.

In episode 12 of season 10 called Walk With Us, we saw Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) finally killed Alpha after tricking her into thinking her daughter was being held captive in a cabin. For viewers who don’t remember, Negan didn’t escape his prison cell in Alexandria all on his own.

It’s what you never gave me. Lydia rejecting her mother’s request to kill her and lead the Whisperers. Lydia is a main character and a former antagonist, as well as a survivor of the outbreak in AMC’s The Walking Dead. She was a member of the Whisperers and is the daughter of the group’s leader, “Alpha”.

After Negan appears to have joined her group, he fatally slashes Alpha across the neck and decapitates her.

Acuna: “My mercy prevails over my wrath” is a predominant phrase and theme throughout the show since season eight, and for Carol this season, mercy has not prevailed over wrath and vengeance. She did everything in her power to kill Alpha.

As it turns out, Negan escaping was all part of Carol’s plan. It seems that in The Walking Dead season 10, episode 4, “Silence the Whisperers”, Carol let Negan out and gave him a path to redemption: kill Alpha and deliver her head to Carol. Negan has been trying to prove that he’s not the person he once was.

Alpha dies a brutal bloody death when she is decapitated by Neegan. He murders the leader of the Whisperers after he’s released by Brandon Rose, who was hoping the baseball bat-wielding villain would actually help him.

Ever since Negan made his infamous debut on The Walking Dead back in season six, he has always been regarded as the main antagonist. It’s a fair opinion, especially when you consider the horrific, twisted things he’s done during his time on the show.

Alive

As we saw earlier in the season after Lydia left the Whisperers, Alpha concocted a story to her morbid community that she had killed Lydia. This causes Alpha to get tearful. In her own twisted way, she does love Lydia. Her daughter is the one person who can make her feel a tinge of humanity.

The Whisperers soon arrive back at their camp. At night, Beta takes Henry to Alpha. Unmasked, Alpha drops her knife and makes Lydia pick it up, commanding her to kill Henry with it so that she can prove what side she’s on; Lydia picks up the knife and begins to cry.

Even in the comic book series, Alpha’s real name is a mystery. No one knows what she was called before the zombie apocalypse ended the world as we know it. Her own daughter refers to her as “Alpha.” When she introduced herself to the Hilltop community in the episode “Bounty,” she called herself “Alpha” as well.

An important difference from the comics In Robert Kirkman’s comics, Negan is attracted to Alpha, but the two never have a sexual relationship. There’s no time for that. Negan doesn’t spend many issues with the Whisperers in the comics.
