Seifer is a minor character in Kingdom Hearts II, who resides in Twilight Town. He is the leader of the Twilight Town Disciplinary Committee, composed of his friends Fuu, Rai, and Vivi. He shares a rivalry with Hayner and his gang and often picks fights with them.

“Chicken wuss” is an accurate translation. チキン is literally the word “chicken” in English; 野郎 is a pejorative noun. It doesn’t necessarily connote cowardliness… except when it’s paired with a word like “chicken.” I wouldn’t be surprised if チキン野郎 is a postwar loanword. Chicken is correct.

Seifer’s friends, Raijin and Fujin, call themselves a “posse,” whereas Squall is a loner. Although he is belligerent and rude with delusions of grandeur, Seifer is troubled rather than evil.

The range

When a distribution has lower variability, the values in a dataset are more consistent. However, when the variability is higher, the data points are more dissimilar and extreme values become more likely.

The range, interquartile range and standard deviation are three of the measures of variation. So, we’re left with the mode, which is actually a measure of central tendency, not a measure of variation.

The mode is used almost exclusively with nominal-level data, as it is the only measure of central tendency available for such variables. The mean can only be used with interval/ratio level data. Measures of variability are numbers that describe how much variation or diversity there is in a distribution.

The range is the measure of variability or dispersion.
