Almond flour is definitely easier to make if you have the MockMill KitchenAid attachment! It makes life so much easier, and I love having gluten free flour around the house; instead of having to buy it all of the time. The MockMill attachment for more oily types of products, like cashes, almonds, walnuts, etc.

Unfortunately it does not. If you put almond nuts through this mill it will bind up the milling heads and clog your mill. The Almonds are just too oily and wet to put through this mill. If you want to grind nuts or any other oily nut, you need to get a manual grinder with steel burrs.

Nutrimill Artiste: Basically the baby sister of the Bosch Universal. It mixes in a smilar way, motor isn’t quite as robust, but can use a lot of the same accessories. Bosch Universal Mixer: I believe this to be the powerhouse of the three. But, not as well known unless you talk to homemakers who love to make bread.
