Product version or build

1. Log on to the OfficeScan web console.
2. Click Help > About. For OfficeScan 11.0, go to More > About.
3. On the window that opens, check the product version and build:

Windows

1. Open a command prompt.
2. Type wmic and then type “product get name,version” as shown below: To filter the results and display Trend Micro products only, type the following: Product where “Vendor like ‘%Trend Micro%’” get name,version.

Check the latest Apex One build or download the latest patch from the Trend Micro Download Center….Product version or build

1. Log on to the Apex One web console.
2. Click Help > About.
3. On the window that opens, check the product version and build:

To display status: /etc/init. d/ds_agent status….You can use the command line option to perform the following actions on a Deep Security Agent running on Linux:

1. start.
2. display status.
3. stop.
4. reset.
5. restart.

Check the latest product build or download the latest patch from the following links: To check the OfficeScan client side: Go to Start > Run. Type “regedit” to open the Registry Editor. Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.

Trend Micro highly recommends to have this version installed with Patch 1.1 and Critical Patch (CP) 5495. For the following versions, it is recommended to apply the corresponding critical patch.

Starting from Windows 10 October 2018 Update, Trend Micro requested a Windows Update (WU) Offer Block as well as a Setup Block from Microsoft. Both methods validate driver versions before allowing the install to continue.
