“Who Killed Archie?” is a storyline from the BBC soap opera EastEnders, which began on 25 December 2009, Christmas Day, when the character Archie Mitchell, played by Larry Lamb, was murdered by an unseen person.

Why did Stacey Fowler leave EastEnders? After leaving him for dead, Stacey was forced to go on the run and keep her whereabouts close to her chest. Soap bosses created the dramatic storyline to facilitate actress Lacey Turner’s departure from the soap as she went on maternity leave last year.

EastEnders star Louisa Lytton has opened up about her real-life pregnancy and how it has affected her character Ruby Allen’s storyline. The announcement came amid the on-screen storyline, which has seen Ruby recently suffer a miscarriage, having discovered she was pregnant after previously only pretending to be so.

Sadly, she then started bleeding and found out she had suffered a miscarriage. Just days later Ruby had a row with Stacey and slipped down some stairs. Despite Stacey having nothing to do with the fall, Ruby told Martin that her ex best friend had pushed her and it caused her miscarriage.

Viewers of the BBC soap tuned in on Thursday to find that Ruby (played by Louisa Lytton) was diagnosed with endometriosis. The widely undiagnosed condition affects 1.5 million women in the UK, and the impact can be felt for life.

Stacey Slater has made a sad exit from EastEnders as she went down for a crime she didn’t commit. Cast member Lacey Turner recently went on maternity leave from the BBC One soap to spend some precious time with her newborn son Trilby Fox.

When they return, Stacey tells Max Branning (Jake Wood) that Ryan is Lily’s father and has been acting like he does not care. Max confronts Ryan, revealing to Janine that Ryan is the father. He then confronts Stacey saying that he wants nothing to do with his daughter.

Lacey Turner returned to EastEnders last year as she came back from maternity leave. However her character Stacey will be leaving Walford once again as Lacey has gone on maternity leave again.

Reid was written out of the series in 2017 and Ben departed on 12 January 2018. The character was reintroduced in 2019 with the role recast to Max Bowden.
