I just started at Vector last week and the experience has been amazing so far. Our training, while time-consuming, was so much fun and ultimately worth it. The company pays really well, and works with you around your schedule. My manager has been a great help when closing deals and someone is always available to help.

To answer your question, the company is legit. My company does business with them, and my friends son paid his way through university working there.

It can be flexible but you have to sell products to make a decent amount. They encourage making sales but it can come off as pushy. The company provides good training and teaches skills that do help a lot in other sales positions. Be wary of leadership and higher level reps.
