“I’ll be back” is a catchphrase associated with Arnold Schwarzenegger. It was made famous in the 1984 science fiction film The Terminator.

The famous “I’ll be back.” Said by Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator 1 and “Hasta la vista, baby” said in ‘Terminator 2: Judgement Day’, are two of the most memorable and often quoted lines from the franchise.

It stars Arnold Schwarzenegger as the Terminator, a cyborg assassin sent back in time from 2029 to 1984 to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), whose unborn son will one day save mankind from extinction by a hostile artificial intelligence in a post-apocalyptic future.

Terminator Genisys was mostly criticized for its convoluted plot and insistence on retelling the events from the first two films without anything original nor with the thematic depth of Terminator and Terminator 2: Judgement Day.
