While the content isn’t too extreme, ‘Inception’ is most definitely an ‘adults’ film. We feel that in terms of content, ‘Inception’ should be appropriate for children aged 8 and over, however anyone younger than 12 will probably struggle to stay interested in the story.

There’s no way in the world Inception will ever get a sequel. You’re going to hear a lot of talk about the possibility of Inception 2. In fact at one point rumor had it that Chris Nolan would begin shooting Inception 2 after completing The Dark Knight Rises. That never happened, and it never will.

At the end of “Inception,” Dom Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio) finally returns home to his kids after spending a long time in the dream world. Cobb carries a little top with him. If the top keeps spinning, that means he is in a dream. The final shot shows the top spinning, but it never reveals whether it falls over.

While Tenet is not a direct Inception sequel, John David Washington himself has confirmed the films are related. Two simultaneous ten minute missions meeting at the middle (hence the word “Tenet”) and the gesture of two hands locking together.
