Epcot ranks second in Walt Disney World park size coming in behind Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Epcot is a monster of a park covering a massive 300 acres as compared to the 142-acre Magic Kingdom. While Epcot’s acres are numerous it is divided into only two sections, Future World and World Showcase.

When it comes to great entertainment, food, and events geared towards adults at Disney World, Epcot is hands down the best park. Though it’s great for all ages, the combination of cultural, educational, and thrilling experiences really does make Epcot the best Disney park for adults.

For animal-loving toddlers, Animal Kingdom should be quite enjoyable. For a kid who doesn’t enjoy a day at the zoo, it’s not going to be as much fun. I say this as a huge fan of Animal Kingdom, too. Kilimanjaro Safaris highlights the ride lineup for toddlers.

Personally, I would say it’s definitely worth it to get a park hopper to go to AK for part of one day. I do recommend seeing Pandora. AK is my least favorite park but it’s still Disney. There’s a few other good rides, Expedition Everest and the Safari besides Flight of Passage and Navi River Journey that you should do!

Your first stop should be either Flight of Passage in Pandora or Kilimanjaro Safari in Africa. Flight of Passage has a minimum height of 44″ so keep that in mind. Kilimanjaro Safari is a great one to hit in the morning because the animals are more active earlier in the day. Photos will be better.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park- We have found that Fridays and Sundays tend to be a great days to visit Disney’s Animal Kingdom. With the new 35% capacity we have seen wait times for popular attractions such as Avatar’s Flight of Passage drop exponentially.
