At the film’s end, when Leonard kills Jimmy, the dying man whispers the name “Sammy” — a name he would only know if Leonard had told him. This throws Jimmy’s guilt into serious question, and when Teddy arrives to tell Leonard that he’s killed his wife’s attacker, Leonard expresses doubts.

He claimed Leonard was brain damaged by the attack and his wife couldn’t live with it, so got Leonard to give her an overdose of insulin in order to test his amnesia. He killed her and was put in a home and transferred the incident to an old case of his, Sammy Jankis and his wife.

The film’s script was based on a pitch by Jonathan Nolan, who wrote the 2001 story “Memento Mori” from the concept. Guy Pearce stars as a man who, as a result of an injury, has anterograde amnesia (the inability to form new memories) and has short-term memory loss approximately every fifteen minutes.

The only real word he was saying was “entropy,” but he wasn’t explaining anything. He says he has a master’s in theoretical physics. It’s not much to have a master’s in theoretical physics. Don’t say that to him, but having a master’s in theoretical physics doesn’t mean you understand everything in the world.

Taking to Twitter, the makers of Ghajini hinted that they will surprise Aamir Khan’s fans with the announcement of Ghajini 2 soon. The tweet hints at a sequel of Aamir’s 2008 film Ghajini. And it makes us believe that Aamir is going to officially announce Ghajini 2 on the occasion of his 55th birthday on Saturday.
