How to Deal with Someone Who Lacks Integrity

1. Don’t close your eyes to what’s really happening. Confrontation is something most of us don’t want to deal with.
2. Be direct and to the point. When dealing with people who are deceitful, only reveal what’s absolutely necessary.
3. Confront them if you must.
4. Don’t doubt yourself, no matter what.
5. Cut ties, if possible.

Honesty: Being honest is being open, trustworthy and truthful. When people are honest, they can be relied on not to lie, cheat, or steal. It is being honest and sincere with others and yourself. You are a person of integrity when your words and actions match.
