Born Radric Davis in his native Birmingham, Alabama, the artist known as Gucci Mane began his journey writing rhymes in elementary school. This founding father of trap music moved to Atlanta in the fourth grade, watching his father hustle his way through the streets.

He purchased the car through his friend Obi Okeke, who runs Dr. Bugatti, the dealership that scouts exotic cars for you—for a pretty penny. Gucci Mane paid $600,000 for his Superfast and received the car within 24 hours of his order.

Whatever the answer to these questions, Gucci Mane has never looked better. “Proud Of You” is a video about cars, performance footage, and abs. The rapper’s glistening six-pack grimaces at you in each shot as he dirties the hoods of expensive cars with street shoes as he stands on top of them.
