When a natural disaster causes widespread death and destruction, that’s devastation. This is a strong word that suggests serious damage has occurred, leaving almost nothing left. One knocked over car isn’t devastation, but a whole town being wiped out is.

Origin. Tommy Terror is the fraternal twin brother of Tuppence Terror; he is three minutes older than his sister. He currently lives in Central City, and was presumably raised there, though he and his sister speak with a heavy Southern accent that may suggest they originated elsewhere in the state or the country.

The Terror Twins held down Blue Beetle for Icicle to freeze him. It didn’t hold, however, and Tommy was knocked out by Blue Beetle’s sonic cannon. The two heroes got away, with the device Kaldur had to track Blue Beetle.

The twins flee, and are pursued by Superman. Tommy possesses superhuman strength and endurance. His strength enables him to jump to great heights and over great distances.
