Inmate Visit Schedule Monthly visitor schedules and rules for Rikers Island, the Brooklyn Detention Complex, the Manhattan Detention Complex, and the Vernon C. Bain Center are available online and by phone. Mondays and Tuesdays: No visits allowed. Fridays: Visits allowed for all inmates.
