Lin Kuei clan
Sektor is a fictional character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game franchise by Midway Games and NetherRealm Studios. He debuted in Mortal Kombat 3 (1995) as a cyborg warrior of the fictional Lin Kuei clan.

Cyrax has proven to be a challenging force, specially now that he has his human soul, you could consider him stronger in that aspect, Sektor is just a machine, with a mind of its own, but just a machine, empty. However, the human strength can also be weakness, Cyrax soul can be his downfall.

Cyrax was unmasked in MK Gold and was black. The only time he was featured unmasked and not black was in Defenders of the Realm, though, nobody should really beleive everything featured in that cartoon.

The Cyber Lin Kuei would be restored in Mortal Kombat 11 by the Keeper of Time Kronika, however Triborg is never seen.

Sektor is a Lin Kuei warrior transformed into a cyborg and a supporting antagonist in the Mortal Kombat series. He is also one of the current Sub-Zero’s most hated foes, and second arch-enemy.

As Sektor, Triborg’s entire body becomes red and his faceplate morphs into one similar to Sektor. Additionally, his abilities are now that of Sektor, gaining the use of Sektor’s rockets, teleportation and flamethrower.

In stark contrast to his immediate counterpart Cyrax, Sektor never bothered to rediscover his human side, and may be unable to. Even in his human form, Sektor was utterly devoted to the Lin Kuei clan and, unlike Cyrax, Sub-Zero, and Smoke, never questioned or resisted the cyberization process.

Sektor was named “Ketchup” during early production of Mortal Kombat 3. This development title is referenced in Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance as the name of one of Cyrax’s combos in his Sambo fighting style. Sektor also has a move in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon called “Ketchup’s Revenge”.

As a “cybernetic organism”, Sektor possesses enhanced strength and stamina, as well as great onboard weaponry. As with the case of Cyrax, he appears to specialize in long range combat. His chest cavity is loaded with rockets and heat-seeking missiles.

The mod unlocks Kronika, Cyrax, and Sektor as playable in Mortal Kombat 11, though it’s still in its relatively early stages. Since all three characters are already in-game, albeit only as CPU opponents, they’re as playable as any other character in the game.

Cyrax has one of the highest attacks for the gold tier, however his basic attacks are a bit unsafe. Triborg Cyrax can be used as a support character, giving the opportunity to attack to other fighters with faster attacks, who gain Critical Damage increase.

Cyrax returns in Mortal Kombat 11 (2019) as a non-playable character brought to the present timeline by the keeper of time Kronika as part of her plan to restart time by taking part in Sektor’s plot to capture Sub-Zero’s Lin Kuei warriors and convert them into cyborgs to bolster her ranks.

Portrayers. Sektor is a character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series. Sektor returns in Mortal Kombat 11 as a non-playable character while serving as a minor antagonist in the game’s Story Mode.

When Scorpion eventually killed Sub-Zero, he too was brought back as an agent of Quan Chi, the same sorcerer who resurrected Hanzo. The new, ghastly Bi-Han, now known as Noob Saibot, exchanged his ice powers for shadow magic, possessing the ability to vanish, teleport, and create dark clones of himself in battle.

Sektor, Cyrax and Robo Smoke make up the three variations of Triborg, while Cyber Sub-Zero is the variation-less version of the character. You can select this version (or the variation-less version of any character) by pressing Up, Up, Y (Xbox) / Triangle (PS4).

Cyrax does not appear in Mortal Kombat X (2015), but was added as one of three gameplay variations for the downloadable cyborg character Triborg.
