Edenred Childcare Vouchers do not expire and if you decide to switch to Tax-Free Childcare at a later date, you can still use up any vouchers accrued in your account.

You can use the card to pay for lunches in restaurants, canteens or other catering facilities. You can find parter establishments in the search engine or the Edenred mobile app. All places where you can pay with a paper meal voucher or a Ticket Restaurant® meal card are marked with our sticker.

Q. What can you buy with EcoCheques?

You can use them to buy single tickets or passes. Fair warning: You cannot use them for season passes, and only the paper EcoCheques are accepted. And if you care for a weekend away, you can also use your EcoCheques to pay for accommodation anywhere in Belgium that sports the Green Key Label.

Typically, there is no expiry date on childcare vouchers. Employers tend to decide whether to refund the balance of any unused vouchers. However, an employer must refund any balance in the voucher account of an employee leaving the organisation, because it cannot be transferred between employers.

Q. When do Edenred clean vouchers stop being valid?

Edenred Clean vouchers issued from January 1 till September 30 are always valid till the end of the same year. Vouchers issued from October 1 till December 31 are valid till the end of the following year. I ripped or otherwise devalued my vouchers.
