What is Mounted Games? Mounted Games is a team sport that combines a love of ponies and friends with various races. Teams of four or five riders and ponies take part in a series of exciting and exhilarating races that involve a mix of turns, handovers, skill, vaulting and galloping against other teams.

Mounted games is a fast-paced team competition that showcases the rider’s athletic ability, agility, precision of riding and general horsemanship. Riders must navigate their way through a number of obstacle races, which can include bending poles, stepping stones and a stacking race.

Q. How is mounted games scored?

Scoring is done very simply. If 8 teams are competing then the winning team gets 8 points, the second place gets 7, and so on. Scores are accumulated during several qualifying sessions, each of which may have several heats.

Q. How do you join the Pony Club?

Pony Club Branch Membership is open to anyone under 25 years of age. Members should have access to a horse or pony, by ownership or loan, and have the means to transport the horse or pony to and from rallies and events.
