There is a sword that you can find in the Slums that never breaks. I think it’s called the EXCalibre and it’s found stuck in a rock island in the middle of the ocean. It literally never breaks but it doesn’t have good damage.

You can no longer get this weapon through normal means. You must find a player with the weapon and have that player duplicate it for you in order to attain. OLD way of acquisition or a joke from an editor was that you could find it in the Arena at the left upper side of the map.

This weapon is mostly useless. Worrying about the charges attack is a waste. Your better off just stashing it away and keeping it as a collector’s item. It’s not waste of time, as pointed out already EXPcalibur isn’t used for basic attacks, thus its durability is irrelevant.
