It identifies that you and your dependents are insured under a health insurance policy, and Medi Assist has been assigned as your third-party administrator (TPA). Your Medi Assist e-card allows you to carry the details of all your policy beneficiaries on your smartphone.

In case of any grievance relating to servicing the policy, you may submit in writing to the policy issuing office or Regional Office of the Insurance Company for redressal. If the Grievance remains un addressed, you may refer the website of your Insurer company.

HI TPA shall provide ID cards with unique ID number (UHID) to each insured member of a policy. This UHID will be used to validate the member’s identity for efficient and timely claims processing.

The employee can log in to Medi Assist website (https://portal.medibuddy.in) or logon to the MediBuddy mobile app to opt out.

1. Select the Profile icon on the top-right corner.
2. Select Track orders.
3. Select Cancel.

Login ID: Employee [email protected] Password: Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format followed by your employee ID. For example, if your employee ID is 123456, your username would be [email protected] and if Page 9 your date of birth is 30-November-2014, your initial password would be 30112014123456.

Download the MediBuddy app on your IOS or Android smart phone. Sign in with your username and password. For example, if your employee ID is 123456, your username would be [email protected] and if your date of birth is 30-November-2014, your initial password would be 30112014123456. An OTP is shared to your official email ID.

Log on to MediBuddy and click on the ‘E-card’ button at the top of the page. Enter your Medi Assist ID/Employee ID/policy number or your claim ID. Fill in the mandatory fields and click ‘View’ to verify and confirm your details.

The Medi Assist or MediBuddy e-card is very easy to obtain. Here are two ways to get one: Logon to ecard.mediassist.in and click ‘Download E-Card’ Enter your Medi Assist ID/Employee ID/policy number or your claim ID.
