Cosmos travel company is a joke. After the world wide pandemic Cosmos refuses to refund my money. They have for 12 weeks held my refund hostage. Each call the refund date gets farther away. It is now up to 16 weeks to get refund. Airline refund was automatic. Cosmos says they just can’t process the refund. They took the money fast and easy.
