United States Bakery is the holding company of Franz Family Bakeries. Mr. Albers got his start in the baking industry in 1972 as sales manager at ITT Continental in Sacramento, CA.

Langendorf Bakery, City of Commerce-Bell Gardens, again the trademark clock tower. Sadly this long since been abandoned/converted to a chinese shipping warehouse.

Good pay, plenty of overtime. Franz pays well with an excellent, union backed, benefits package. Their scheduling, however, is terrible. A new schedule comes out every week, and until you have enough seniority to get a bid job your schedule can change weekly.
