Apollo and Aphrodite have not interacted much in the myths. Apollo is the only Olympic God who has not slept with Aphrodite or at least, has not had children with her. However they seem to be close. In the Trojan war, Apollo rescues Aeneas, a son of Aphrodite, after she fails to rescue him.

Personal opinion, Apollo is much faster and durable then ares. Ares is much stronger and war torn but is a lot slower. Apollo’s main weapon is light and his legendary bow.

Even the gods feared him, and only his father and his mother, Leto (Roman: Latona), could easily endure his presence.
