Jabber is free for all CUCM buyers that purchase either CUWL Professional, CUWL Standard, Enhanced, Enhanced Plus, Basic or Essential licenses. That being said, if you want Jabber in the Cloud, you have to purchase one of the CUWL options. We are a CUCM user, and recently we were sold 100 Jabber licenses at $60 each.
