Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources This area refers to jobs that involve being outdoors and working with your hands. Examples of occupations within this area include animal trainer, groundskeeper, greenhouse manager, park ranger, dairy farmer, and positions in fields like horticulture and agriscience.

Healthcare is the largest and fastest-growing industry in the United States. In the Health Science Career Cluster you can prepare for a career that promotes health, wellness and diagnosis, and treats injuries and diseases.

One example of a career cluster is Agriculture, Food, & Natural Resources. Within each career cluster are job, industry, and occupation types known as path- ways. For example, the Architecture & Construction cluster has three pathways: Construction, Design/Pre-Construction, and Maintenance/Operations.

These stages are exploration, establishment, mid-career, late career and decline.

A career cluster is group of careers that share common features. If you like one job in a cluster, you will probably find other jobs in that cluster that you will like as well. Here are examples of three different career clusters. Health — Workers in this cluster help people have healthy lives.

Career Clusters identify the knowledge and skills learners need as they follow a pathway toward their career goals. The knowledge and skills identified form a strong basis for learner success whether the learners are in high school, college, technical training or in the workplace.

Careers with the same knowledge and skills are grouped in the same cluster. Each cluster may include hundreds of different careers. Each career cluster includes one or more of 81 career pathways. A pathway is a group of related career specialties within the career cluster.

How many chapters & members have joined FCCLA Nationally? Nearly 6,000 Chapters & 200,000 members have joined FCCLA in the 50 United States, Puerto Rico & the Virgin Islands. The organization has involved more than 10 million people since its founding in 1945.

A survey of business and industry stakeholders found that FCCLA most directly supports Career Pathways in Human Services, Hospitality and Tourism, Education and Training, and Visual Arts and Design.
