The Elder will also drop a trophy, and once you hang that on the sacrifical stones in the center of the map (the place you first spawn), you’ll be able to active The Elder’s power, which gives you a buff to your woodcutting ability.

Bonemass

Don’t try to kill them with one blow or hit the Bonemass alongside them, there is no need. Be patient and wait for them to group up. Hit once, and rinse and repeat as many times as needed, don’t chase them to finish them off. After all of them are gone, start mauling at Bonemass again.

This is the first boss you’ll encounter in Valheim, and thankfully, it isn’t too difficult to defeat as a solo player. Buff yourself with a nice sleep, grab your shield, sword, and bow, and that’s about it. This early boss has very scripted attack patterns that are easy to memorize after a few minutes.

The Uber Elder can be fought by progressing through the Epilogue quests by collecting all 15 Memory Fragments and defeating the Shaper at least once. Afterwards, when a Tier 15 map is Elder-influenced, it will cause all Tier 16 maps to become Shaper-influenced.

Once you’re in T14 maps, you can get shaper guardian and elder guardian map drops from map bosses, Zana missions or Zana inventory(she sells them for a bunch of chaos rarely). You just run these and get fragments as usual, then 4 frags open each fight(elder has fragments now).

Shaper is relatively easy once you know the mechanic, he should have the same Hp as Sirus. Elder is less mechanics intense but not by much. Uber Elder is a really tough fight. It was not entirely necessary to min max, but I haven’t done it this league yet with the hp buffed.
