Astronauts need space suits to stay alive. You could only last 15 seconds without a spacesuit — you’d die of asphyxiation or you’ll freeze. If there’s any air left in your lungs, they will rupture.

When astronauts go into space where there is less gravity, they lose bone and muscle mass and can lose their sense of balance. With less gravity, it is harder to keep your body strong. If the Earth’s gravity is lost, all items held to the Earth’s surface by gravity would float away.

If you were in your house when the gravity switch was turned off, you’d be safe from a slow death drift, but only temporarily. Despite the oxygen rig, the water supply and a roof (or in this case, a ceiling) bumping against your head, huge hunks of the Earth would start to break off and perpetually continue to downsize.
