Resize a chart

In the Save as type box, choose either MPEG-4 Video or Windows Media Video. You can track the progress of the video creation by looking at the status bar at the bottom of your screen. The video creation process can take up to several hours depending on the length of the video and the complexity of the presentation.

Follow these steps:

1. Close all programs.
2. Find and click “Selective Startup”, under the General tab.
3. Restart the computer and re-open Microsoft PowerPoint.
4. If PowerPoint performs much better, then the problem is verified.
5. Close all programs.
6. Find and click “Selective Startup”, under the General tab.

Repairing your Office programs can resolve issues with PowerPoint not responding, hanging, or freezing by automatically repairing errors in the file. In the list of installed applications, right-click your version of Microsoft Office, and then click Change and select Repair.

Click the File tab. Click Recent. Scroll to the bottom of your “Recent Documents” (Office 2013 only), then click “Recover Unsaved Documents” if you are in Word, “Recover Unsaved Workbooks” if you are in Excel, or “Recover Unsaved Presentations” if you are in PowerPoint.

1. To change the size manually, click the chart, and then drag the sizing handles to the size that you want.
2. To use specific height and width measurements, on the Format tab, in the Size group, enter the size in the Height and Width box.

Select File > Options, and then click Add-Ins. In the Manage list, click PowerPoint Add-ins, and then click Go. In the Add-Ins dialog box, click Add New. In the Add New PowerPoint Add-In dialog box, browse for the DataPoint, and then click OK.
