MetalMamemon digivolves from Hookmon or Deputymon. In order to digivolve into MetalMamemon, your Digimon must be at least level 34 with 140 attack and 3 aptitude, but only once you have revived MetalMamemon. It can be hatched from the Machine Egg.

To get a new Rookie Digimon, you’ll need “DDNA” (that’s “Digital DeoxyriboNucleic Acid” if you want to get technical). When you talk to a DRI agent, he or she will ask you to get DDNA from the Ultimate form of the Digimon. Defeat the Ultimate and get the DDNA.

It’s the same for every Digimon. To get Imperialdramon-P you need Imperialdramon-F and Omnimon at lv40. To get Beelzemon you need Gallantmon and MaloMyotismon at lv40. To get Diaboromon you need GranKuwagamon and BK WarGreymon at lv99.

WarGreymon was able to defeat two of the Dark Masters in one blow (MetalSeadramon and Machinedramon), it was able to hold his own against BlackWarGreymon (who was also enormously powerful) and it played a very important role in Digimon Xros Wars.

WarGreymon is Attack oriented, while BlackWarGreymon is Defense oriented. They kind of balance each other out, though. I personally like BlackWarGreymon better, purely because of the one from Season 2, who actually got a surprising amount of character building in the show.
