Find the King of Beggars Head toward the objective marker to the south-west of the square and look for the beggar sitting on the wooden platform. Speak to him to learn the location of the King of Beggars’ hideout, as well as the password required to gain entrance.

Putrid Grove is an enclave within the district of Lacehalls in Novigrad. It is ruled by the King of Beggars, Francis Bedlam, and serves as the headquarters for his gang, the Blindeyes. There, magic users have found sanctuary from the ongoing witch hunt perpetrated by the witch hunters and the Temple Guard.

It’s only found during the main quest Pyres of Novigrad after visiting Triss’ former home in Novigrad. To find it, enter the sewer entrance just below the Glory Gate archway into the city (the farthest eastern archway under the bridge) and it’ll be on the body near some drowners.

In the Witcher 1 Geralt has lost his memory and doesn’t remember Yen. Triss is there from the start of his memory loss and is helping Geralt recover. Yennefer (not ‘Yennifer’) and Geralt’s relationship were on and off. When Geralt lost his memory, Triss kind of took advantage of it and made her moves toward Geralt.

The former is Geralt’s long-running love interest, and in the books, it’s Yennefer who Geralt loves. In other words, this is considered the more canon choice. However, for the games, CD Projekt Red explored the relationship between Triss Merigold and Geralt, especially in the series’ second game.

It is recommended to avoid the fight with Allgod. But if you would like to kill him, expect a hard fight.

While the pair are bound by destiny, Ciri is not Geralt’s daughter. Geralt is a Witcher, and in the Netflix adaption, Geralt speaks of Witchers being sterile. Ciri’s parents are Duny, the Urcheon of Erlenwald (Bart Edwards) and Pavetta of Cintra (Gaia Mondadori).

If you choose to try and romance both Triss and Yennefer, then you will end up losing both of them. That being said it is an entertaining story so if you aren’t attached to either of them feel free to give it a try.

The fact that Geralt can potentially cheat on either Triss or Yen with up to 10 other women after “committing” to one of them with no repercussions is never addressed in game, suggesting that they never find out or do not care.
