Approach the Mobile Command Center and use your Smoke Shot to destroy the panels on either side. With the panels exposed, shoot each of them again until they turn dark and the main power core is visible on top. Jump on top of the Mobile Command Center and destroy the core.

You have to break the panels on every side near the top of the tower and destroy them.

Near the Command Center you’ll find a cage with Conduit suspects. Set them free. Now shoot the Mobile Command Center panels, and once they are exposed focus on them until they turn dark. The main power core is now visible on top, so jump up there and destroy it.

First, head to Eugene’s lair. Start the mission and you’ll be tasked with freeing suspected Conduits from the Akuran gang. Get to a construction site, the same one from earlier, and clear the area of thugs. Once all are gone, search the elevator area on every floor of the parking garage.

Boss Battle: Defeat Augustine Firstly you need to destroy the small rocks orbiting Augustine. Hit her with the Cinder Missile when she pauses her attacks. once they disappear, follow up with Smoke Shot. Be quick or the orbiting rocks will reappear.

Delsin has the potential to become the strongest since he can just take everyones powers.

@rogueshadow: Personally, after watching all those walkthroughs, (already got Second son, only need a ps4), I say Cole wins. Firstly, Cole is more durable than Delsin and can take on a lot more damage. At least barely more damage than him. Smoke powers can probably be handled by shockwave and ionic vortex.

Considering how inFamous: Second Son follows the ‘good’ ending of inFamous 2, a decision Sucker Punch came to after looking at trophy data, it means that previous series star Cole MacGrath is dead. He’s dead, man.
