This is a list of commands used for the two primary servers of SMPEarth Public, Factions and Towny….Town Commands.

Towny is one of the oldest still-in-development plugins for Minecraft. Shadeness created Towny for the now-defunct server platform called hMod. Shadeness ported Towny to Bukkit and left the project shortly afterwards, returning later to add EnemyWar or as it became known: FlagWar. Towny is now over 10 years old!

Towny is a plugin similar to the factions plugin we have used in the past, except that in this case the protection will be enabled for parts of the week so that towns/nations can gather resources for the wars on the weekends.

How to Create a Minecraft Server on Windows, Mac, or Linux Systems

1. Install the newest version of Java on your computer.

4. Run the server.
5. Make sure you can access the server.

Getting to Towns Server. Getting to towns is a simple process. From any main area of the server, you can issue the command of /warp towns. This will place you directly in the Towny world spawn.

Minecraft Towny Servers Towny is a land management plugin that lets players own plots of land and work together by forming towns. New players can either join an existing town or create their own, and each town has a mayor who is in charge of managing the residents and setting the rules.
