To get text messages on your new Android phone, you can switch from iMessage, Apple’s messaging service, to Messages….Turn off iMessage

To set up iMessage, tap Settings on the Home screen. Tap Messages, and the settings shown here are displayed. If iMessage isn’t set to On, tap the On/Off button to turn it on. Check to be sure the e-mail account associated with your iPhone under the Receive At setting is correct.

Send messages as texts on a manual basis

1. Go to Settings > Messages.
2. Toggle Send as SMS switch to off.
3. When iMessage is unavailable, individual messages will not send. Tap and hold these individual messages until you get an option menu.
4. Tap Send as Text Message.

1. On your iPhone, go to Settings.
2. Tap Messages.
3. Set iMessage to Off.

Use Messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Open Messages.
2. Tap the Compose button to start a new message. Or go to an existing conversation.
3. Type your message.
4. Tap the Send button .

There is no way to tell, unless you are the sender, who it went to. A blank to address or the senders name in the To field are usual giveaways but they are not accurate as one that always send a BCC message to a single person. Email on Android devices generally does not allow you to even see the headers.

Send a group text message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you see more than one contact at the top, you’re in a group message.

If you have at least one participant using other type of mobile devices (e.g, Android phones), then group messages will be sent as MMS (or SMS) messages. You cannot add or remove participants from MMS groups while you can do so iMessage groups.

Gmail’s compose button is annoyingly small and unintuitive on phones. You may have not noticed it, but it’s the round, floating button in the lower right part of the display with a pen or plus icon, depending on whether you’re on an Android phone or an iPhone.

To compose and send a new message:

1. Click the Write icon on the center panel to display the Compose tab.
2. Enter the email addresses of the recipients who should receive your message in the To field.
3. To send a blind copy to a recipient, click the Bcc icon.
4. Enter the subject of your message in the Subject field.

Use iMessage on PC using Chrome Remote Desktop, and Always On Mac

1. To get started, you’ll need a Mac running iMessage and a PC that is always connected to the internet.
2. Install Chrome on both devices, and then download the Chrome Remote Desktop extension on both devices.

You can send a text message also from the phone’s address book. Display information about a contact and touch the Text Messaging icon next to the contact’s phone number. After you touch that icon, the phone’s text messaging app starts and you can compose the message. You can send text messages only to cell phones.

How to send texts online

1. Go to opentextingonline.com.
2. Choose a destination country.
3. Enter the phone number.
4. If you wish to receive replies to your text message by email, please enter your email address.
5. Type your text message.
6. Send a text or MMS or both.
7. Wait for reply.
8. Rinse and repeat.

Type in the phone number of the person you want to message.

1. You could also select the number from the contact list in your phone’s address book. Just type their name in the field, and it might autofill the number in for you.
2. To send a text to more than one person with a smart phone, simply click on the plus sign icon.

If a guy texts you every day, it can mean several things. However, it can definitely indicate that he likes you and he is into you. It may mean that he wants a relationship, but it may also mean that he just wants to hook up with you for more superficial reasons.
