Setting up Gmail

1. Log in to you Gmail account. Note that your username is your full email address.
2. Click the Settings button. near the upper-right corner and select Mail settings.
3. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP link.
4. Click the Enable IMAP option.
5. Configure your IMAP client and click Save Changes.

Setting up Outlook 2003 to work with Gmail – POP3

1. Go to email.
2. Sign in to your web-based email account.
3. Click the Settings button.
4. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP link.
5. Click the Enable POP for all mail option or the Enable POP only for mail that arrives from now on option.

Choose Email Account, then click Next. Choose Manual Setup or Additional Server Types, then click Next….Here are the steps:

1. Log into your Gmail account.
2. Click the gear icon at the top right, then choose Settings.
3. Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP to bring up the POP and IMAP settings.
4. Click Enable IMAP.
5. Click Save Changes.

2. Select Add a new e-mail account.

4. Select IMAP and click Next.
5. Enter Your name and E-mail address.
6. For Incoming mail server (IMAP), enter imap.one.com.
7. In Logon Information enter the e-mail address and password that you created in the control panel.

5. Click Save Changes.
