From the U-verse TV remote control:

S20 and S30 remotes

1. Find your TV Brand in the chart below and its corresponding number.
2. Press and hold the OK and Menu key at the same time for three seconds until the Power key flashes red twice to confirm you are in program mode.
3. Press On Demand to program the TV code.

How to reset U-verse TV remote controls

1. Press and hold the AT and the OK key simultaneously.
2. Release both keys and all four mode keys will flash twice to indicate you are in programming mode.
3. Enter programming code 900 by pressing the number keys on the remote control.

1. Press Menu.
2. Select Help > Information.
3. Select Troubleshoot & Resolve.
4. Press OK.
5. Select TV > Remote Control > Troubleshooting, then follow the prompts.

Restart your gateway or modem manually

1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem.
2. Wait 20 seconds.
3. Put the internal battery back in, if you have one.
4. Plug the power cord back in.
5. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green.

Using your U-verse TV remote control:

1. Press Menu.
2. Scroll down to Help and press OK.
3. Select Information > Troubleshoot & Resolve > TV > Sound.
4. Select the Sound issue.
5. Follow the onscreen prompts.

Press the Home button on the remote control. Navigate to the Apps section of the Main Menu. Locate and select Netflix and press OK. Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In.

Add apps to your AT TV device

1. Press the APPS or Diamond button on your AT TV remote.
2. Go to the Google PlayTM store.
3. Sign in to your Google account. If you’re already signed in, you won’t have to do it again.
4. Search for the app you want and download it.

The content is available from the internet and is covered by your AT TV subscription so there is no additional cost (outside of PPVs of course).

Some smart TV’s come with a pre-installed Netflix app and it not installed on your TV you could install it from the TV’s app store. Once the app is installed, simply check-in along with your Netflix credentials and begin watching and you can enjoy Netflix in DirecTV.

AT TV isn’t necessarily cheap, but it does offer a healthy selection of content to binge. Subscribers can start with the basic Entertainment package or upgrade to Choice, Ultimate, or Premier for more channels and content-great if you’re a sports fan or want to watch the latest Blockbusters.

1. Connect your mobile device to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV.
2. Launch the Netflix app on both your TV and your mobile device.

Roku streaming players are low-power devices that are designed to remain on and connected to the internet. A Roku TV can be used as a standard HDTV without the need for an internet connection. However, when you want to stream movies and TV shows, an internet connection is required.

No Roku has a cellular connection. It only connects to Wi-Fi, and some models accept a wired Ethernet connection. Now if the network that the Roku connects to uses cellular data, that’s beyond the control of Roku.

You can connect Roku to Wi-Fi without a remote by setting up a mobile hotspot and using the Roku app. You need two mobile devices to do so — one for the mobile hotspot and one to use as the remote. Before you begin, make sure your cellular plan allows you to set up a mobile hotspot.
