Here is how you can create variations for a new listing:

1. Click Create listing on Seller Hub.
2. Select Single listing in a drop-down menu.
3. Search for the correct category for the items that you are going to list.
4. On the listing description page, enter all the details.
5. Click the Create variation button.

How to combine shipping. Many sellers automatically combine shipping if you’re buying multiple items from them. All you need to do is add the items you want to buy to your cart and you’ll see the combined shipping total at checkout.

1. Go to the Sold – opens in new window or tab section.
2. Select the items you want to combine into a single invoice.
3. Add the new shipping charge.
4. From the Actions menu, select Send Invoice.

How to combine payments for a buyer

1. Go to Manage shipping settings.
2. Select Edit next to Combined Payments.
3. Check the box beside Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased.
4. Select Save.

Here’s how to check:

1. On the Manage postage settings – opens in new window or tab page, select Edit beside Allow combined payments and postage.
2. Choose the time period during which you’re willing to combine payment for purchased items and select Save.

You can combine shipping on eBay if a buyer purchases several items from you, saving them money. While sellers aren’t required to offer combined shipping, it’s considered good business to do so. Buyers can either request a revised invoice from the seller or you can offer the discount automatically.

You can update your postage charges after a listing has ended, but only in certain circumstances….Here’s how:

1. Go to your Sold – opens in new window or tab items.
2. From More actions, choose Send invoice.
3. Enter the new postage charge and select Send.

How do I send or revise an invoice?

1. Find the item: In Seller Hub, select Orders. In My eBay, select Sold.
2. From Actions, select Send Invoice.
3. Make any necessary changes, such as to postage charges or payment methods.
4. Select Send Invoice.

Once someone’s bought your item, you can’t update the shipping charges from what was originally shown on the listing unless the buyer wants to pay for combined shipping for multiple items or asks for express delivery and is willing to pay for the service. Enter the new shipping price and select Send.
