If you have a flydubai voucher, you can use it to pay for your flight either online, through our Customer Centre or one of our travel partners. flydubai vouchers are valid for 12 months and can be used only by the passenger on whose name the voucher has been issued.

Method to check your flydubai PNR status In order to determine your flydubai PNR status, you can visit the official website of the airline. You may go to the ‘View Booking’ page and get details of your booking by entering your booking reference number (also known as PNR code) and your last name.

The PNR number may be found in your ticket itself. If more than one ticket is booked at the same time, they will all have the same PNR number. This number corresponds to bookings, not individual passengers. You may check your PNR status on the go through the Cleartrip app or website.

Booking Fees Booking by credit or debit card incurs a basic administrative fee from Flybudai. Being a low cost airline, for those flying economy on flights less than 90 minutes, drinks and snacks are only available for purchase on board and are not complimentary.

If you need to change your ticketed flights, such as the dates, destinations, or times, your ticket must be reissued. In most all cases, airlines will charge a fee for exchanging a ticket. The typical reissue fee charged by the airline is $150 for a domestic ticket, $200 or more for an international ticket.

If you do not wish to travel, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure of the flight to be eligible for a refund. Refund will be made to you subject to applicable cancellation charges.

During normal airline operations, changing to an earlier flight will cost you, unless you’re an elite level frequent flyer or purchased a full-fare ticket. There are two scenarios that can often lead to getting on an earlier flight, free. Your seat assignment may not be ideal but at least you’re on your way sooner.

You are entitled to a refund for your canceled flight — even if the airline says you aren’t. And this may be possible when an airline makes a significant adjustment to its schedule as well.

However, most airlines are only offering vouchers, not refunds, when passengers cancel their flights due to concerns about COVID-19. Currently, refunds are only required by law when the airline cancels the flight itself, not when consumers cancel flights out of concern for their health.

If your booking is cancelled because of coronavirus, you might be able to get a refund or choose to rebook for another time. You’ll automatically have the right to a refund if your booking was for either: a package holiday – check if your booking counts as a package holiday.

If your flight gets cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to receive either a full ticket refund or a new flight. If the airline failed to inform you about the cancellation at least 14 days before your flight’s scheduled departure date.

Non–refundable fares must be cancelled prior to scheduled departure time. If trying to refund the non-refundable ticket prior to flight departure, the guest will receive a credit in the value of the refund minus any change fee.

Except in the case of “minor flight schedule change”, you can get a refund when the airline modifies the schedule of your flight. In other words, you’re entitled to a refund in cases of “significant flight schedule change” and flight cancellations. Note that the airline may offer you a rerouting instead of a refund.
