1. Tap Raise Hand .
2. The host will be notified that you’ve raised your hand.
3. If the host allows you to talk, you may be prompted to unmute yourself. While unmuted, your profile picture and name is displayed to the host and panelists.
4. Tap More again, then Lower Hand to lower it, if needed.

Start or join a Zoom meeting. The meeting automatically begins in Speaker View and you can see your own video. You no longer see the video of yourself, even though others in the meeting can see the video of you.

Asking all participants to unmute

1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
2. Start a meeting.
3. Click Participants located in the meeting controls.
4. Click More, then click Ask All to Unmute from the list. All other participants will then be prompted to Unmute or Stay Muted.

Enabling push-to-talk

1. In the Zoom desktop client, click your profile picture, then click Settings.
2. Click the Audio tab.
3. Check the option Press and hold SPACE key to temporarily unmute yourself.
4. This setting is now enabled. You can close the settings.

How to see everyone on Zoom (mobile app)

1. Download the Zoom app for iOS or Android.
2. Open the app and start or join a meeting.
3. By default, the mobile app displays the Active Speaker View.
4. Swipe left from Active Speaker View to display Gallery View.

To generate meeting reports, sign in to your account on the Zoom web portal, select “Account Management” in the “Admin” group of the left-hand pane, then click “Reports.” You’re now in the “Usage Reports” tab. Here, select “Meeting” from the list of options. Zoom will now generate a meeting report.
