At the beginning of the series finale, “Dreams Come True”, she is seen going to the New Directions competition to assist them. She does make it big on Broadway, marries Jesse, and becomes a surrogate mother to Kurt and Blaine’s child.

In the episode “On My Way”, Sue reveals she is pregnant, shocking everyone. Her child is revealed by doctors to be a girl, but they mention that there were abnormalities on the scan. Sue mentions to Becky that she will have a child just like her, hinting that the baby may have Down’s Syndrome.

The writers confirmed that the baby is indeed Vic’s and not Kevin’s, specifically through dialogue between Cutie Pie and Vic. Despite being newborn, he already has a full head of hair.

He may be sexually motivated in his spying as well. The box he buries in the woods contains a photo of Frank on the toilet, a photo of Frank and Sue about to have sex, and a photo of Kevin dry humping the water heater.

It’s revealed in “Bill Murphy’s Day Off” that Phillip has asthma. In Fight Night, Phillip tells Bill he is allergic to cheese, wheat, tomatoes, and water. It’s shown that Phillip most likely has severe and subtle psychological issues, leaving him being unable to vent his anger and frustrations properly.

Peppered with raunchy topics, language and behavior, F is for Family, though decidedly non-PC, is rooted in Burr’s real-life stories about his family and those he knew growing up, stories that make people laugh, and cringe, in their un-apologetically raunchy and sometimes uncomfortable truths.
