We all enjoy restaurant dining, and needing to follow a gluten-free diet should not change that. Many restaurants now offer special gluten-free menu, however you do not need to limit your options to only those places.

Chick-fil-A waffle fries are gluten free This poses a huge cross-contamination threat to those with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity. Luckily, the general consensus is Chick-fil-A waffle fries are gluten free since they’re fried in a dedicated fryer.

Usually not an option. But ordering a sandwich with gluten-free ingredients is an option at Chick-fil-A with our gluten-free bun. These items are sealed to prevent cross-contamination with other items in our kitchen made with gluten.

If you’re a Pringles fan we’re afraid we have some bad news. At the time of this writing, all Pringles contain wheat (usually wheat starch) which definitely make them NOT gluten-free. We’re sorry to burst your bubble but you should avoid Pringles if you need to eat gluten-free.

Anything that has any kind of wheat/flour, such as Ritz Crackers in their Ingredients is NOT gluten free. Learn to read the ingredients. Most GF products use either rice flour or almond and coconut flour as their primary ingredient.
