Jason Kennedy has left E!, 16 years after serving as host for the network’s celebrity interview show. The former E! personality announced his departure Monday morning in an Instagram post.

The long-running program “E! News” has been canceled. E! confirmed to USA TODAY Thursday that “E! News,” along with “Pop of the Morning” and Jason Kennedy’s interview show “In the Room” will no longer be a part of its lineup. Vazquez marked the show’s end in an Instagram post Wednesday.
