The Dish Voice Remote, Netflix, Alexa, Google Home, and Google Assistant all use WiFi to communicate your commands to your TV, so these features do require an Internet connection.

Restore Default Settings

1. Press the MENU button twice or the HOME button three times, depending on your remote.
2. Select Receiver.
3. Select Tools.
4. Select RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS.
5. Select RESET RECEIVER TO FACTORY DEFAULTS.
6. Select Yes on the Reset Receiver to Defaults pop-up.
7. Your receiver will restart.

Audio Description

1. Press the RED color button or the Options button two times, depending on your remote.
2. Select Audio Description to enable or disable the setting.

Go to the Remote Settings menu. Press and hold the Voice (Microphone) button and say “Remote settings.” Choose “Voice remote pairing.” Follow the instructions on the TV to select your TV and audio devices.

Shows recorded by PrimeTime Anytime will appear in the on-screen guide with a yellow PT icon.

Timer Defaults Edit PrimeTime Anytime Settings. From your receiver’s Menu, select “Settings.” Select “PrimeTime Anytime.” Here, you can turn PrimeTime Anytime On or Off, select which channels you want to record, and on which days.

Go to Account & Settings, then select the Your Account tab. For a Prime Video-only subscription, select End Subscription.

Press the Menu button on the remote and then select Settings. Select DVR Defaults followed by PrimeTime Anytime. Now select Do Not Enable. Save your changes.
