Not only is Walmart’s ground beef not the cheapest, it can also tend to be lower quality than the fresh stuff you get elsewhere. All the meat sold at Walmart is what is known as case-ready, according to the The New York Times. Well, the consumer reviews on Walmart’s website tend to be pretty negative, too.

Walmart doesn’t support American business. While the company proudly boasts and encourages shoppers to “Buy American”, the majority of the company’s goods are made outside of the United States and often made in sweatshops. When you buy something at Walmart, you are NOT buying American.

Consumers rated Walmart low for quality of meat Actually, Walmart might not offer as good value as you think. Per Insider, you’re more likely to find better deals at other grocery stores. With the potential to find better-quality meat at lower prices, it’s a no-brainer.

Amazon’s total equity as of 2020 is $93.4 billion, and the numbers keep growing rapidly.

Amazon will overtake Walmart as the largest U.S. retailer in 2022, JPMorgan predicts. Amazon is on track to surpass Walmart as the largest U.S. retailer by 2022, JPMorgan analysts wrote in a note published Friday. Amazon’s U.S. retail business is the “fastest growing at scale,” the analysts wrote.

Currently listed as the world’s fifth largest employer in the Fortune 500, Amazon’s historic levels of hiring are likely to move it up to third. Walmart, the largest employer, currently employs 2.2 million workers. At Amazon’s current pace of hiring, it would be able to take the title in two years.
