Sad news for the followers and followers of Imagine Dragons: the group will decide to take a break for a season. Thus, Dan Reynolds, the band’s vocalist, has announced it.

There were a lot of critics who thought Imagine Dragons had something to offer, had potential and showed promise. That’s why critics hate them, not because they are popular, but because they were meant to be the new voice of rock but ended up sounding like sell outs.

They hate it because it’s not that good of an album. Once you start listening to stuff outside of sappy pop music, you’ll start to realize how shallow AJR is. I respect that people have different tastes, but you can’t pretend this band is groundbreaking in any real way.

While The Scientist had one of the saddest music videos in 2000’s, and people can relate to it its theme about regret and the desperation to “go back to the start”, but in terms of overall content, Fix You can be the considered the saddest song by Coldplay.
