Viewing of the Milky Way requires:

  1. Find A “Dark Sky” Location. I like the east side of Joshua Tree National Park!!! 
  2. Come April thru September. April – May – The Milky Way is out between Midnight and 5am.
  3. Check for a Clear / Dark Night! ( No clouds and no moon)
  4. Come During the “New Moon Phase”
