When in his smaller form, he doesn’t lose any of his strength which is pretty useful. However, that’s not really going to help much against Venom. Ant-Man’s strength is still just that of a regular human, which isn’t going to affect Venom at all. Venom would squash Ant-Man like a bug.

Following the defeat of Cletus Kasady, Carnage and the gestalt symbiotes were absorbed by Eddie Brock who later is given an offer to join the Avengers, but in the middle of his big day Carnage is able to overcome Venom and takes over.

8 Thanos. The one individual to have handed a most humiliating defeat to Iron Man is Thanos. In a tale that has spanned two Hollywood movies, the Titanian Eternal has not only physically overpowered the leader of the Avengers, but also out-played his every tactical move.

So, if it’s a serious fight, Cap will probably win(it can always have another results)and if he tries the same thing that he did in Venom(2011) he will definitely lose, Venom is stronger and faster than him.

The Iron Man armor is equipped with Venom’s two fatal weaknesses; sonic and fire/heat attacks. Same goes for War Machine / Rhodey (James Rhodes). Venom can’t beat Thor who can generate thunder and lightning so essentially again exposing Venom’s two fatal weaknesses.

Deadpool is almost incapable of hurting Venom anyway, unless he has a flame thrower or some sonic weaponry, but the symbiote has been adapting to be less weak to even those. Deadpool has literally killed all the heroes in Marvel comics, twice.

Based on this information, we can conclude that the winner would be Hulk. Despite Venom being faster and a better strategist, he would still lose because of Worldbreaker Hulk. Even with his healing factor gone, Hulk has the durability to last way longer than Venom because he’s incredibly stronger.
