One of Siri’s best new features in iOS 11 is the ability to translate English into Mandarin, French, German, Italian, or Spanish. That’s great if you’re on a road trip and don’t speak the local language.

According to an article by Digital Trends, Google and Siri’s language skills have been put to the test and the results are surprising. Google scored an average of 4.72 out of 6 in French, while Siri scored 4.24. For Spanish, Google scored 5.15 whilst Siri scored 4.64.

Siri can translate English to Mandarin, French, German, Italian, and Spanish. It’s a simple addition, but one that may go a long way towards making Siri more useful.
