The two-handed catch is always more preferable and easier than a one-handed catch. Two-handed catching. Much like it’s name, this technique calls for the use of both hands to capture the disc.

AUDL is a semi-professional league. Players do not receive a regular paycheck for playing in the league. Instead, players receive a portion of gate receipts and an ownership interest in the team. Players generally earn $350–$700 per season, and generally hold full-time day jobs.

The minimum salary for players in the NFL amounted to 660 thousand U.S. dollars in the 2021 season, as per the league’s Collective Bargaining Agreement established in March 2020.
